Employee Philosophy - We support a fast-paced challenging environment where people like to come and work. Our people come first. Our staff like it here and like their work. Our clients benefit directly from a motivated staff who are committed to their programs, the agency and the PR field. Interestingly, people always make a lot of friends here and visitors regularly comment on the friendly and helpful atmosphere.

Because of our continual commitment to our staff, and an intense desire to create a lively and creative environment, with real career opportunities, we have reduced our staff turnover rate to its lowest level in our 20+ year history. Yes, we are proud of it and intend to maintain it because it translates into successful, long-term programs that allow us to invest continuously in our staff.

The work is challenging, interesting and sometimes downright fun. Staff get a lot of experience and a lot of responsibility. We're much less formal in this regard than the giant agencies.

We have a very good vacation policy that includes half-day Fridays in the summer and extra holiday time throughout the year. For example, we're closed on Good Friday, while most businesses are open. In addition, our dress is business casual all year round.
