Because of our continual commitment to our staff, and an intense desire to create a lively and creative environment, with real career opportunities, we have reduced our staff turnover rate to its lowest level in our 20+ year history. Yes, we are proud of it and intend to maintain it because it translates into successful, long-term programs that allow us to invest continuously in our staff. We have a very good vacation policy that includes half-day Fridays in the summer and extra holiday time throughout the year. For example, we're closed on Good Friday, while most businesses are open.
